A Session Recording Adds OTHER DIMENSIONS to a Quantum Experience

One thing I like to do when I participate in online group sessions or a guided meditation: I record my experience and speak out loud.
I also record any one-on-one Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT) sessions and Beyond Quantum Healing (BQH) sessions I facilitate and I provide clients with a session recording and instructions to listen to their recording several times. Speaking, recording, and listening to a quantum session can reveal layers of meaning over time.

Why do I suggest speaking during some sessions?
When is it better to be quiet?
Several reasons.
– For me, and for some others, speaking may help to CREATE their experience:
As the words leave my lips, the experience starts to unfold. “Words are like magic”.
-By speaking out loud I become more quickly immersed in a different place or time.
-Using different parts of the brain to articulate your impressions makes some information more relatable.
-Speaking without judgment uses the connection with your “Higher Self”. When we trust ourselves to respond spontaneously, or to describe our first impressions we reinforce our intuition’s natural abilites. Everytime you express yourself creatively, use the imagination, remember something, or make something up, you’re exercising the muscle of your intuition.
-Speaking out loud also anchors the experience into the waking state. Dolores had clients talk about or write about their sessions immediately afterward in order to solidify the memory.
Of course EVERYONE is different, and some people aren’t very “verbal” during their quantum states. That’s okay, too. Always do what feels right for you.
Some people prefer a “dreamy” experience that is LESS anchored into THIS reality.
Sometimes clients enter into Gamma or “God states” during a session where language doesn’t do it justice. Some sessions are designed for more free form or stream of consciousness experiences. Some parts of guided meditations and sessions are better to be listened to instead of expanded upon. Some people dislike the “pressure” one feels by trying to describe something and thrive during sessions where they are NOT expected to respond.
In any of these cases speaking could take away from the experience.
Use your judgment and follow your gut- YOU are in charge. You’ll know what works, and what doesn’t with a little trial and error.

Benefits of listening to your session recording.
The best part of having a session recording?
You have a tangible tool you can use for reference and further expansion.
Listening to a session recording often brings up intricate details creating richer, more embodied experiences. While some session information is immediately relevant and easy to recall, other types of understanding evolves over time and takes a future context or capacity to process.
To sum it up: speaking during and after a session has a number of benefits, as does recording and listening to your session experience.
Whether participants seek to enrich, remember, integrate, or update their quantum experience, a session recording adds extra dimensions to the already incredible quantum process.
