Your Perfect Session

Here’s exactly what you need to know to enjoy your ideal quantum experience.

You don’t have to understand quantum healing or do any intricate preparation in order to have a dynamic session. Here are a few tips on how to get ready and what to expect.

Before Your Session

Prepare a few questions to ask your subconscious during the session (some examples can be found here). “What is my purpose in life?” is one that often comes up. Just a few will do. For a full session I suggest 3-5 areas you’d like insight into, or for shorter sessions 1-3 questions will do. Prioritize these by importance and email these to 5Dquantumexpansion@gmail.com the night before your session.

Answers are healing. Amazing results can often happen from just one session, so think about that as you formulate your questions. List any physical discomfort you have and any medications you take below your questions for the subconscious.

Self Care: Do what makes you most comfortable. This time is for YOU. Some people meditate. Some avoid caffeine. Again, you’ll want to do what ever YOU feel is most appropriate.

Since some sessions last several hours, many people like to eat before and after our meeting.

Expectations

Set aside your expectations. Do you know the song, “You Can’t Always Get What You Want” by the Rolling Stones? That was the song played during my QHHT live training the day after we swapped sessions, and returned to class to share our experiences.

As we underwent the quantum healing process as newbies, we realized how DIFFERENT sessions can be from what we might have imagined.

For example:

  • Some thought they’d “see” things and were surprised when they didn’t get information visually. You’ll get information how YOU get it, so don’t stress about whether you receive information visually. Promise to trust HOW information comes to you.
  • Others were surprised that they visited THIS life, not a past life, or were surprised that they were given information from many lives in succession instead of just one. These sessions aren’t “past life” regressions, so it’s okay if scenes from this life, or MANY lives come up. Make a vow to trust WHAT is revealed.
  • Some were given impressions of other perspectives that didn’t make a lot of sense. You might have a difficult time describing what is happening in trance states, so trust yourself to give me as much information as you can, even if it’s not familiar. The more you describe your physical, mental, and emotional reactions as they happen, the more “embodied” these states tend to become. As we practice navigating different brain states, it becomes easier to embody and describe infinite helpful perspectives.
  • Don’t worry about will or won’t happen during THIS session, simply make a vow to NOTICE your different states of perception. Dolores would say, “The minute you worry if you’re doing it right, you take yourself out of it.” Make a promise not to analyze, critique, or gatekeep yourself as you explore during and immediately after your session.

I’m making it all up!

Most of us felt like we were making it up”, yet we hadn’t ever “made up” other lives in the past. Dolores would often ask, “Why on Earth would you make THAT up?” to her clients who expressed this after a QHHT session. I like to educate clients that we’re engaging the amygdala, the part of the brain useful for memory and dreams, so: If you feel like you’re making it up, you’re doing it right!- KEEP DOING IT!

Despite that feeling, many were able to find evidence that seemed to corroborate their experiences subjectively, like Fitbit data recording “trance states” as sleep, two people experiencing the same past life scene without prior knowledge, or those who noticed phsyical changes after their sessions. .

Trance is a natural state you are already familiar with. You normally go into a light trance every 60 seconds, or so. Because of this, many people are surprised at how subtle their hypnosis sessions are compared to what they might imagine. The ability to navigate these states of awareness in a more deliberate way is the goal of your quantum healing experience- not any specific result, answer,or occurrence.

It’s hard to know what pre-concevied notions we have until we’ve encountered challenges to these ideas! This is one of the great benefits, and challenges, of working with different brain states.

Make a vow to accept whatever happens during the session, since your unconscious mind knows how to communicate. As the song says, “If you try sometimes, you just might find, you get what you NEED,” from a Quantum Healing experience. As a facilitator, I trust this about the quantum healing process, and I encourage you to do the same to achieve the most benefit from our time together.

During Your Session

We’ll discuss what brings you to the quantum process and what you’d like to experience from your session.

We’ll talk about your life, your health, your current goals- any areas you care to improve or expand. I’ll make sure I understand your questions and add anything else that comes up as we chat. After visiting for a couple of hours, it will be time for your session.

Bathroom break! You’ll completely relax during the session- even your bladder will relax- so you’ll want to use the restroom right before and right after your session.

Technology: For in person sessions I’ll get the microphone out and the recording device set up while you get comfortable and we do some visualizations. For remote sessions you’ll make sure your device is set up and that you can relax nicely as we start to use the imagination.

You’ll get cozy and tucked under the covers as your journey begins. As your circulation slows down, you’ll lie back and enjoy your brain’s natural Alpha and Theta states- many say this state is not all that different than their normal waking state, except that there are limitless perspectives from which to draw.

Just relax. You don’t have to do anything but participate. The process itself induces a beautiful, peaceful state. You can simply ask your conscious mind to go to the sideline, and from that state we can explore your questions.

Say what comes to mind first. Scenes may form as you speak, and images often begin to clear up as you talk about your impressions. Explaining a few details of scene can quickly lead to a richer, more present experience. Don’t be afraid to start talking, even if you don’t know where the story is leading you.

After Your Session

You’ll be prompted to discuss what you remember from your session. Like a dream, it may fade quickly, so integrating your experience into the waking state as soon as possible helps you retain clarity and recall. After you stretch and use the restroom, of course!

You’ll be able to drive and carry on as usual, although you may not want to make any major plans after a session. Eating after a session helps you feel more centered, so you will want to plan meal, or at least grab a snack relatively soon after your session.

A digital copy of your session will be made available to you, and you’ll want to listen to it several times (not while driving, though ). Each time you listen to your session, it anchors your healing and promotes further growth.

Your Future Self

Be kind to yourself in the days after a session. Relax, drink lots of water, and eat nourishing foods you enjoy.

You don’t have to ‘understand’ a session to benefit from it, but you’ll find the more you accept the session’s revelations, listen to your session recording frequently, and follow your own “higher self’s” advice, the more you’ll align with patterns that serve your greater good.

It’s common to maintain a deeper, lasting, connection with your “inner voice” after your session. The more comfortable you become with these relaxing brain states, the more easily you’ll access these again, and again, and again. The most exciting part: By engaging in this process YOU can become your OWN HEALER.

Don’t worry, I’ll be here to support you.

If you are dedicated to your expansion, so am I.

Your Session Recording

While some session information is immediately relevant and easy to recall, other types of understanding evolves over time and takes a future context or capacity to process.

My Lucky Clover

“You can’t find a four leaf clover in a small patch of clovers- you need a large field”. Hmm… That didn’t make sense to me from what I knew about probability…
