“Why do I feel “less than”? When can I stop suffering?”
She asked during her Quantum Healing session, and:
“What am I?”
I asked her Higher Self to allow her soul to go wherever she needed go, and show her whatever she needed to experience, to answer these questions.
“I feel like I’m an amoeba.
I’m just a …cell.
I think I’m in the ocean.
…but… now I see I’ve evolved.”
“I have dots in a line along the center of my body. It’s LIKE a spine, but I don’t have a spine.” She describes a form like a sea slug.
“Do you realize you’re evolving as it happens?” I asked.
“No, not while it’s happening.”
“Well… now where the dots were, I have eight arms. I’m moving rocks. I’m looking for food.
“I have a spine now. And I’m eating the dregs. I’m a bottom feeder.”
“OH! I’M A FILTER!!”
“I don’t realize at the time I’m eating trash. It’s my nature to eat this. I move rocks and eat what I find. I’m a filter.
“I reject things.”
I asked her to tell me more about her experience, as this creature…
“I think a boat hit me. I’m eating, and something hits me. My spine is severed. It’s so fast. I’m not sure what it is.”
“What are you thinking, as this happens?”, I asked.
“I deserve this.”
“Why? What’s happening just before you die?”
“I was eating something. It was new. It was a new form of life. I realized I shouldn’t have eaten this. I realize I might have ended a whole species.” She was visibly upset, “I’m a killer.” This is a theme we explored during subsequent sessions as well. Read about that here:
We took that body to the light and asked about its connections.
“How does this effect her current life?” I asked her Higher Self
Her Subconscious explained how she’d been holding on to self judgment this whole time, especially in her own spine and liver.
“She’s constantly judging the past by the standards she knows from the present. She isn’t able to see evolution as it’s happening, only after it’s over, then she judges herself as un-evolved. It started with that creature and it’s belief that it deserved to die.”
“Would you like to reframe that?” I asked her subconscious mind.
“I’m not sure how,” they admitted. I noticed she was slipping back into “judgment”.
“Mind if I mention what I’ve noticed?” One useful allowance of BQH is that the facilitator can actively participate in the process, so I added my two cents.
“It sounds like you had a new thought, a new revelation right before you died. What has been happening during this session- what PROCESS have you been seeing?
“My evolution.” she answered.
“Yes, your evolution. You’ve been changing form. It seems like your thinking evolved. Did your form need to die in order to do that?
“Yes, oh, yes, I think it did.”
“Can you change the idea that you deserved to die from a punishment to a reward?”
“Yes, I think that is what was happening.”
“You DO deserve to evolve, don’t you?”
“Yes, I do.”
“What does it feel like as you realize that you deserve the experience of transformation? What happens to your body?”
“It’s releasing the extra energy now. It feels wonderful.”
We went through each “gravity point” of her judgment with her higher self present and her energy was flowing nicely by the end of the session. Even I could feel the difference through the computer!
“I can feel all the threads, the tendrils of the judgment leaving. It’s strange there are so many. But they are leaving now.”
“Does her body still work as a filter?” I asked.
“Yes, she is a filter. She transmutes energy.”
Naturally I wanted to know, “How can she keep her own filter clean?”
“She can stop rejecting. She doesn’t need to reject herself. She can absorb and EXUDE.”
“That sounds like great advice, “Absorb AND Exude”.
I wrote that down big and bold in my notebook, and we set those as two new keywords, and I labeled her recording as “Absorb and Exude”.
We discussed parts of the session, as the Higher Self integrated a filter of golden light into her physical systems to hold space for her continued clarity and expansion.
What a multi-faceted session experience! This Quantum Healing session was truly an honor to facilitate, and multiple layers of realization took place. After the session the client messaged me and commented:
