Wednesday’s Session:  Kick Over a New Rock

I facilitated a previous session with this client where she had lived the life of a rock.  Well today she’s back- and the “rock” imagery came back with her!

Life of a Seamstress Prospector

“I’m a woman.  I’m in Australia.  I’m looking at a big piece of gold, and a giant opal.”

She’d just discovered a literal goldmine.  What did she think of first?

“I can go home now”  They’d come from the British Isles, and had been prospecting this claim for 3 years now.  It had been a struggle. 

 “I’m not crazy” she validated as she looked at the gold.

As a woman, finding shoes to wear in the outback was a challenge, let alone the difficulty of facing everyone’s judgment.  She and her husband faced those obstacles and proved that following your heart pays off.

“I’ll never sell this opal; I’ll treasure it as a reminder of this day.” She said wistfully.

Life Lessons:
Everything can Change in an instant
I can kick over a new rock at any moment.

Frederick, The Railroad Man

“I’m a man. I’m annoyed.  It’s cold.  I’m waiting for a train. My silly sister is coming to stay with me. She’s always in some trouble.”

He’s a wealthy man in Romania, and his sister has ended another relationship.  This trend of hers is frustrating to him; her life is a whirlwind of chaos.

Flash forward.  He’s lost his fortune, and realizes his only real friend is his servant.  She counsels him, teaches him to live more frugally, and he sells meat and poultry for a living instead of being an investor.. 

He dies in a hospital of pneumonia wishing he’d developed closer bonds to his family.  He’d been able to finance his niece’s education, saving her from her mother’s chaos.  He regrets he didn’t establish a closer bond with her.  He wished he’d expressed his emotions instead of repressing them. 

Life Lesson:
Relationships are more important than wealth.

Breaking Rocks

“I’m crushed.  Those lazy bastards won’t get to me fast enough.  I’m gonna die.”

He’d been breaking rocks, working hard to support his family.  Until a cave-in ended that life. 

This energy was now in the client’s WRIST, where his final judgment kept insisting: “You have to Work Harder” and had gnarled up into a painful lump.  She’d been injured there in this life, so it makes sense this other energy felt comfortable there. As we spoke to this spirit, and guided him into the light, the energy was replaced by the realization that  

The hardest way isn’t always the best way. 

Sometimes, it’s EASY to accomplish our goals.

He now understood that all his hard work had kept him from enjoying time with the family he toiled for. He was talented in ways that went beyond his physical strength; he could follow his heart instead of settling for manual labor.

Message for the Collective: Work SMARTER, not harder. 

The Higher Self delivered many of these messages, and helped with physical healing.  We spoke to a pain in the gut she named, “Burpy”.  Speaking with Burpy, we realized this was Frederick’s repressed emotion, which was finally allowed to transmute and release. Now her body can produce the appropriate amount of hormones and process these in a way that serves her. She’s on the right track to manage her PCOS diagnosis and find a support system to enable her health. 

Carrying Water

“Where do you carry your stress?” I asked.

“My back and shoulders” She quickly answered.

“What does it feel like is happening to your back?”

“It feels like I’m carrying a bar.  I’m carrying water.  In so many lifetimes I’m carrying water.”

“Do you want to show all those lifetimes your faucet?  Let them see how easy it is for you to get water now.  You can lift that bar off your back and put down those buckets.” I suggested.

Her past selves loved that!

We started and ended the session with NLP Timeline work, an effective way to reframe past events and plant seeds for future events.  In this case she planted potatoes, to represent how “thriving” and “surviving” have similar qualities, and how diversity and abundance grow as quickly and easily as these ancient plants. She saw her future self absolutely thriving, writing books and touching her readers with every copy sold. We saw her the niece in Frederick’s life is one of her children in this life, and using my own technique, how their “threads” intertwined in the Tapestry of Life.

Session Advice:
She deserves rest and relaxation.
She can do what she wants while having strong connections with others.
