She was TIRED. Tired of repeating the same patterns.
Picking the wrong man.
Not advocating for herself.
Entertaining looping thoughts,
especially the ones about her two daughters.
She has been prone to overthinking and anxiety. How can she move beyond these subconscious programs?
She wanted help.
She’s already seen a traditional therapist. But some things? She wants to explore through Quantum Healing. She’s experienced healing through this modality before and now? She’s ready for her next upgrade.
We begin by playing some Imagination Games- exercises that help clients connect easily to the subconscious mind. She imagines her dad’s home, where she lived in her youth. She leads me to the basement. I tell her: she is going to find something there, something that is “out of place” or unusual.
Guess what she finds in her dad’s basement?
A big stuffed animal. It is an elephant with giant ears.
“It reminds me of Dumbo!” she laughs.
They connect immediately, and she recognizes this energy. “He’s so PURE. It’s like this little one” she points to her youngest.
I have a vision. What if “Dumbo” can help fly her into another perspective?
She has the same thought! She climbs on his back and his ears start flapping. How magical! He takes her to another place, another time…
She revisits a past life as a woman…
who, just like her, is raising two daughters.
They even look alike: it’s impossible to miss the similarities. She sees herself and her two girls, together in another time.
Their home is simple —a cottage that looks like it’s from the 1300s.
“It honestly reminds me of a gingerbread house, ” she laughs.
I ask about her emotions.
She is worried.
Worried about her daughters.
Worried about finding food.
Worried about surviving.
They have just suffered a loss.
There is no man.
No community.
No wealth.
Except…
She has silverware.
These utensils are the last remnant of her former stature—her one remaining treasure. Her silverware is fine. ✨
“What do you spend most of your time doing?” I ask.
“I go into the woods, I gather food. I cry a lot. Crying is good. It lets me get it all out—all the fear I have. Then I can go back and take care of the girls.”
She’d been emotional from the very beginning of our meeting. During the interview she paced and wailed. In her present life, she had also recently suffered a loss
Tears streamed down her face now even more freely as she opened up and released the weight of her insecurities. Her past self struggled with the same self doubt and fear she’s confronting now.
How does the fear affect that woman physically? I asked about her past life.
“I keep my head down. My posture is bad.”
Despite that, her girls keep her going.
Life ebbs and flows.
She is scared, but quitting isn’t an option.
Her girls need her.
Her Soul guides her to another time in that life.
A Tasteful Dinner Party
She is surrounded by people who are thriving, laughing, intelligent and relaxed. She is no longer impoverished. Her girls are wither her in this new-found community.
She’d made it over the hump.
She didn’t need to sell her silverware for food. She was resilient and resourceful. She wasn’t worried about having a man.
I ask, “How does your body feel now that you are secure?”
“I feel soft.
I can be myself now.
I’m not rushing.
I’m not worrying.
I’m not reacting or overthinking anymore.
I feel… soft.”
She breathes deeply and lets out a huge sigh—like the weight of loss has finally been lifted from her shoulders. 🕊
️She holds her head up high.
We fast-forwarded to another meaningful moment in that life:
Her Daughter’s Wedding.
If you thought she had been emotional before…
😢 That was nothing compared to what came next!
Even I needed a handkerchief for this part of the session.
I’ve known this client a long time.
I’ve known her daughter her whole life.
This moment is poignant.
Her daughter is getting married to a GOOD MAN.
This celebration is being shared with her entire soul family- even those of us in other dimensions. A mother witnesses her daughter’s joy during a divine union: this event sent vibrations of “victory” through space time.
“That’s all I ever wanted for her,” she sobs joyfully.
“I want her to love herself. Not to settle for anyone who doesn’t love her. She’s making the right decisions.
Nothing could make me more happy.”
Guess what. Mom? wasn’t alone at this wedding.
She had a partner, but:
“It’s like his face is blurred out. Like he knows this isn’t his story.
This is about me. He’s fine being in the background.”
Woah!
What a refreshing change from the partners she’s chosen in this life who liked to hog the spotlight. She has a long history with narcissists.
That’s why she booked this session.
A recent breakup—full of betrayal, abuse, and exploitation—left her questioning her self-worth. Why was she drawn to this over and over? Would her girls take after her?
In both lives:
Her love for her daughters pulls her forward.
She won’t let them suffer.
She wants solutions.
She no longer wants to model poor relationships to her daughters.
She makes a new commitment to her SELF.
Any future partners she has will have to be aligned with that.
Her girls deserve to love themselves and be loved. 💞
So does she.
Next, I ask to speak with her Soul.
She agrees, easily.
Her Soul’s Advice
She’s fine.
She’ll be fine.
She just needs some time alone.
She needs to take her time and focus on herself.
She’s always supported herself, she’s better off now than ever
That’s what she does in that other life.
She puts herself and her girls first.
By the time she meet her husband in that life, she has no reason to settle.
He is her equal not her project.
She was then shown her ex-boyfriend.
“He is not capable of being a true partner.”
This was repeated again and again.
“It’s like we’re in different dimensions.
I’m up here,” she motioned upward,
“and he’s down here.
He’ll never leave that dimension,” she sobs
“And I can’t lower myself.”
Her conviction is makes the room tremble.
I can’t lower myself.
The link is broken.
The lesson is learned.
The contract: complete.
She receives tools to help with overthinking:
🌳 A tree that helps her feel calm and connected when life feels overwhelming
🧘♀️ A mantra she can repeat to quiet her mind and bring her back to center
🌀 A special word—CHERISH—to remind her of everything she learned in this session
She mentions growing a garden in that past life. I jumped on this opportunity to play one more imagination game before we ended the session.
Her Secret Garden
She sees her newly planted landscape divided down the middle. She has neatly organized rows on the left. Sprawling vines hang organically on the right side of the garden. There is a path- clean, clear and straight ahead.
Waiting on that path for her is a future version of herself:
A glowing presence who lights up her heart and who shows her the garden in full bloom. The fruit of her labor is sustaining herself and her daughters.
Framed in golden light, she anchors that future into NOW.
She embraces the struggle she has overcome.
It has not been in vain.
Her recent pain has prepared the soil for what’s coming next. 🌸
A thriving life.
A soft body.
A full heart.
A future where her daughters know their value.
She wakes up from the session refreshed, holding her toddler who had fallen asleep in her lap – little “Dumbo”. In the end she says, “I knew all this but I needed to see it. I needed to remember.” she speaks clearly and calmly.
Her baby wakes up laughing.
