“I’m Making It Up!”- Reality and Imagination During Trance States.

It’s common for a quantum experience to trigger some interesting questions.

“Did I make that up?”

🌌 “Was That Real?” — The Truth About Quantum Healing Experiences

Even Dolores Cannon, the creator of Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT), was frequently asked this question by her own clients:

“I feel like I was making the whole thing up. Was that real??”

Dolores would often smile and ask,

“Now WHY would you make THAT up?”

🔍 If You Gained Insight… Does It Matter If It Was “Real”?

One of the first things I tell my clients is this:

💎 If you gained insight, clarity, or healing… does it really matter if it was “real”?

But if your rational mind insists on a YES — don’t worry. Let’s dive deeper into the validity of these experiences and what we mean by “actual proof.”

📖 “Did I just make that up?”

When clients doubt their experience I sometimes ask:

🧠 “Do you normally sit around and make up other lifetimes?”

No?
Then I’ve done my job!

💡 Hypnosis doesn’t involve being unconsciousness — quantum healing holds you in an intuitive, receptive brain state long enough for meaningful patterns to emerge. These are the same brain states that allow creativity.

If you do access those states on your own, I might ask:

🙋‍♀️ How did having a professional guide add value or clarity?

💭 Let’s get philosophical for a second.

Am I “making up” this sentence as I type it? Is it real?

What is a “real” experience vs. a memory, a dream, or a thought?
Can something be meaningful even if it didn’t physically happen?

Dreams can give insight.
🔮 Some even predict the future.
🧬 Quantum healing draws from that very same mental space.

✍️ Did Shakespeare “Make It Up,” Too?

Or was he channeling something profound?

Either way, the result was:

📚 Timeless wisdom.
💫 Cultural treasure.
💖 Emotional truth.

If an experience brings clarity, healing, or inspiration, does it matter if it’s “real” by scientific standards?

🪐 A Farmer From Another World

One session took my client to the life of a farmer on another planet.
In a dry, unforgiving climate, he encouraged a struggling sprout to live by telling it a story — a story of growth, hardship, and strength.

The story he told?
It was the story of his future life on Earth. 🌍

As he left his alien body in that life, he saw himself being born into this one.

And then he asked:

“Which was the dream — that life, or this one?” 😮

🤯 Consensus Reality vs. Individual Perception

During QHHT training, we heard a fascinating story:

One practitioner regressed into a past life as a man on a busy street in India. He held a bucket of water, saw a friend beside him, and — on impulse — dumped the water on his friend’s head!

She didn’t tell anyone.

Later, when guiding her husband through a session…

😳 He described the same street.
🪣 And this time, he was the one getting soaked!

Shared experiences with independent recall.
No prior knowledge.
These are the wild, wonderful “coincidences” that make us rethink what’s possible.

😵‍💫 “I Felt Conscious the Whole Time…”

That’s normal!
Being in trance is a natural state. It can feel deceptively ordinary.

So if you’re wondering if you were “really hypnotized,” ask yourself:

  • 🗣 Did I speak differently?
  • 👂 Did I sound softer, slower, or use different words than usual?
  • 🔄 Did I refer to myself in the third person?
  • ⏳ Did time feel… strange?

Those are clues that you entered a deep, altered state of consciousness.
And if so — 🎉 Good job! You did it!

🌈 You Accessed Something Valuable

The creative, intuitive states you tap into during a quantum session are powerful.
And yes — they may feel surreal, symbolic, nonlinear, or just plain bizarre. That’s part of the magic.

💭 If it moved you… If it made sense to your soul… If it changed how you see your life…

Then yes — it was real enough.

💖 Final Thought:

Everyone has had something in their life that transcended logic —
a dream, a vision, a synchronicity.
Quantum Healing gives those moments room to breathe.

So next time you ask yourself:

“Was that real?”

Try answering with a smile and a spark of curiosity.

🌟 “What if it was?”

You’re worth it!
