Questioning Your Subconscious

You have access to vast realms of knowledge. What do you want to change, accept, or learn?

Intentions can be general or specific, paranormal or mundane. Limitations break down during Quantum exploration, so don’t be scared to dig deep.

During quantum work, we ask to connect directly to your “subconscious” mind. This is the part of the mind that has access to all of your memories, your lessons, and even your life’s purpose- not only from this life but also from many, many, others.

You’ll want to set aside some quiet time to yourself to ponder your session questions and your main intention. Thoughtful questions create a helpful framework for expansion, so don’t be afraid to dig deep.

Tips:

  • This list helps me to guide your session.
    Make your intention and your questions clear and concise.
  • Set one main session intention, and 10 or fewer areas of exploration are recommended depending on session length and focus.
  • Prioritize these in order of general importance. You’ll start with your MAIN reason for having a session as your intention. What brought you to quantum healing? Expand from there.
  • This list is for guidance only. We may not cover all the areas, or we may explore areas you couldn’t have imagined. Whatever happens during the session is what’s supposed to happen.
  • Besides your session intention, I ask you to set the intention to accept your experience. Some realizations are immediate while some develop over time, or with context. The clients with the most profound results are those who accept their experiences and who have an open mindset. Not all results are immediate, and some may even happen BEFORE your session!
  • Send your “Questions for the Subconscious” to me 12-24 hours before your session. Preparing and sending these in advance helps to jump start the quantum process.

These questions allow us to work with our beliefs and create room for growth.

Your body is a messenger.

Certain places on our bodies store certain messages, and I see them as “emotional gravity points” for other illness and dis-ease. So let’s examine ALL your physical discomfort to see what messages your body is ready to release.

+ What medications do you take?

+ What physical discomfort do you have?

+ When did each begin?

Provide a list of anything you’d like to address during the session. It’s easy to forget things that we have dealt with a long time, remember to include vision & hearing issues or any aches & pains you have.

Some of these reasons are genetic. These messages may have been passed down to us from the distant past. Other messages we adopt and are reinforced in THIS lifetime. Some are obvious. Others are subtle.

+ Do you have any scars, any discoloration, or any birthmarks on your body that you are curious about?

+ Do you notice any repeated injuries, or any patterns that run in your family?

Our DNA is constantly being written. When we tap into the memories that form our genes, we can rewrite our narrative.

Emotions are guideposts to healing.

Next, let’s take a look at emotional and mental health. What do you struggle with that you’d like more insight into? Quite often we can pinpoint where intrusive thoughts, limiting beliefs, or “bad” habits originated, and reprogram our psyches with more helpful paradigms.

Remember, the part of the mind we access during deep hypnosis has unlimited potential. That means it can provide answers to any question if it’s appropriate for the occasion. Don’t be afraid to dig deep. You will only be shown what you are ready to see.

Identifying emotional links to our physical “dis-ease” is like checking our voicemail. Once we get the message, we don’t need to keep replaying the recording. Many times our physical symptoms dissolve instantly after discerning their emotional roots.

When you dedicate yourself to deciphering these messages, you may also become curious about other connections in your environment.

A person may feel a strong drawn to a certain region, person, profession, religion, culture, or time period. Many people ask about these feelings.

Have you ever experienced anything you haven’t been able to explain, any paranormal occurrences or any mysteries that remain unsolved?

Questions like these often guide the session.
