Tips for listening:

  • Get comfortable and avoid too many distractions.
  • Noises happen, so tell yourself that any noises you hear will only help you expand your awareness and deepen your trance.
  • Speak out loud. It help to anchor the experience into your memory and integrate your understanding into your current life.
  • It’s okay if you feel like you are “making it up”; that’s part of the process. Give yourself permission to have any experience your Soul/Subconscious mind brings to the surface. Dolores Cannon would ask, “Why on Earth would you make THAT up?”
  • Record your experience on your own device, so you can expand upon the meaning of your experience by listening again and again.
  • This is group experience, much faster pacing than a typical one on one session. If you are listening to the recording, and find the pace is moving too fast, feel free to slow down, or even pause the recording to give your intuition free reign as you explore.

  1. Hi..namakar 🙏 a very Good and informative iniciative by You. In india connection with ancestors is topic of worship. Here we give water and pind daan(offer in worship) during prittra pakchha( 15 fixed days in every year .
    So that spirit of our ancestor protect us. I would like to know more about ancestors phenomenon and empact on our life.

    1. They say we effect seven generations in the past and seven generations in the future with our determinations. 🙂 I tend to believe we aren’t limited to only 7, rather, we are able to impact ANY relevant area, from ANY time, that is ready to be transformed.
